Overview
Pegasus Group welcome applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Environment team in our Lichfield office, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Please note that due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career, requiring work sponsored Visas.
What we are looking for
We are looking for candidates to hold a relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
- A logical and analytical approach
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Landscape Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As Graduate Landscape Architect, you will work closely with the Landscape team to support landscape design and planning at various stages of the development process. You will have the opportunity to support the delivery of landscape visual impact assessments (LVIA) and written reports, use AutoCAD/Vectorworks, Adobe Suite to produce visualisations, and provide professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and other statutory bodies. You will gain valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.
