Overview
Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Infrastructure team in our Cambridge office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme provides valuable exposure and a supportive training environment to start your career.
Responsibilities
- As a Graduate Infrastructure Engineer, work with the Infrastructure team to support the production of designs, calculations and drawings to accompany planning applications and/or for construction in major sectors, including residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments.
- Contribute to a range of projects with several clients at any given time and provide high-quality advice and service.
- Gain experience across a variety of sectors and clients to support development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold an HNC or BEng Civil Engineering or related subject (e.g., Geography, Maths, Engineering).
- Support towards chartered or incorporated status with a professional body such as ICE, CIHT, or CIWEM.
- Graduates who can demonstrate: A logical and analytical approach; strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to use initiative and think creatively.
- Work experience in Infrastructure or Civil Engineering is advantageous but not essential; training provided on the job through the Graduate Training Scheme.
Start dates and Remuneration
Start dates are flexible for Summer/Autumn 2026. Applications close at midnight on 28 November 2025. Note: government legislation restricts eligibility for graduate remuneration for visa holders; sponsorship may be required for some applicants.
