Overview
Pegasus Group welcomes applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Infrastructure team in our Birmingham office, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Note: due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career, requiring work sponsored Visas.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for you to hold HNC or BEng Civil Engineering or a related subject such as Geography, Maths, Engineering. We will support you to work towards chartered or incorporated status with a relevant professional body such as ICE, CIHT, CIWEM. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
- A logical and analytical approach
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience in Infrastructure or Civil Engineering would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As Graduate Infrastructure Engineer, you will work closely with the Infrastructure team to support the production of designs, calculations and drawings to accompany planning applications and/or for construction in all major sectors, in particular residential, retail, industrial and commercial developments. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a range of projects with several clients at any given time and support with providing them with high-quality advice and service. You will gain valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development.
