We’re a small, hardworking motorsport team looking for a committed Motorsport Truckie to join us on a full time basis, working both at our workshop in Lutterworth and driving our truck across Europe and the UK for our race meetings. This is a very hands-on position where you’ll play a key role in keeping our operation moving.
At race meetings, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting our cars, kit, and equipment to European and UK based circuits, and you’ll be an important part of our tight-knit crew once at the circuit. When based in the workshop, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering goods, as well as assisting with the general maintenance and upkeep of the workshop and our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities- Transport cars, tools, spares, and event equipment to race meetings
- Drive and look after our articulated race transporter and support vehicles
- Help with workshop collections, deliveries, and general maintenance
- Assist with garage and paddock setup, including awnings, pit wall, and workspaces
- Support the team during race weekends, including pit crew duties
- Keep our vehicles and equipment clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Driver CPC
- Previous experience in motorsport logistics or similar event-based work
- Good mechanical understanding and practical skills
- Flexible with hours including weekend work, and travel across the UK and Europe
- Reliable, organised, and able to work well as part of a small team
- Experience in professional or club-level motorsport
- Pitstop or race support experience
- Knowledge of European transport rules and paperwork
- Competitive day rate based on experience
