Pegasus Classic Engineering is seeking a Historic Motorsport Operations Manager to join its leadership team.
You will oversee workshop performance, race team activities, customer projects, and team development, merging strategic planning with hands-on delivery in the workshop and at events.
You will work closely with the Director as second-in-command, drive operational improvements, manage schedules and procurement, and ensure safety and quality standards across UK and European race weekends.
