High-growth care & technology group | Midlands-anchored | Senior, trusted role

I’m looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant to work directly with me as CEO across a fast-moving group spanning care, property, technology and growth projects. This is not a diary-only EA role. You’ll be my right hand, helping me stay focused, structured and ahead of the noise.

The Role

  • End-to-end diary, inbox and priority management (true gatekeeper level)
  • Drafting and handling senior-level emails, WhatsApps and communications in my voice
  • Coordinating across SLT, advisors, brokers, lawyers and external partners
  • Tracking actions, follow-ups and deadlines across multiple live projects
  • Preparing briefs, summaries and packs ahead of meetings and calls
  • Keeping systems, files and workflows tight, organised and calm
  • Being one step ahead at all times

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have EA experience supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite
  • Are highly organised, commercially aware and unflappable
  • Can operate at pace with incomplete information
  • Write clearly and confidently, adapting tone instinctively
  • Are proactive, detail-driven and quietly assertive
  • Love structure, systems and getting things done
  • Are discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent

The Environment

  • Entrepreneurial, fast-moving, high trust
  • Multiple businesses and projects running in parallel, primarily UK-based with some overseas interests
  • Senior exposure and real influence on how the business operates
  • No micromanagement — you’ll be expected to think

Location & working style

This role is Midlands-anchored. While we’re open to candidates from across the UK, regular on-site presence is essential. This is a hands-on, close-to-the-CEO role rather than a fully remote position.

If you’re an EA who enjoys responsibility, pace and being genuinely relied on, I’d love to hear from you.
