Our EMEA Marketing team plays a critical role in accelerating growth, building our brand, creating demand, and strengthening client relationships across the region. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced marketing leader to shape and execute our regional strategy while partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and the wider Go-to-Market organisation.

Picture Yourself at Pega: As Senior Marketing Director, EMEA, you will lead and own Pega's marketing strategy and execution across Europe and the Middle East. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing and serving as a key member of the regional leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, account-based marketing programmes, client engagement and revenue growth across a diverse and strategically important region. You'll collaborate closely with senior Sales leaders, regional stakeholders and the global Marketing organisation to develop and deliver impactful programmes that support business objectives and accelerate ACV growth across key markets including the UK & Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Nordics, France, Spain, Italy and the Middle East.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Act as the senior marketing leader for the region, partnering with Sales and business leaders to support ACV growth.
  • Lead integrated demand generation programmes, including key global growth initiatives and product launches.
  • Develop and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for strategic accounts across EMEA.
  • Oversee the regional client events strategy, creating impactful experiences that strengthen customer relationships.
  • Drive quarterly planning and prioritisation to align marketing investments with business objectives.
  • Partner with global marketing teams to deliver seamless execution across digital, brand, communications and field marketing programmes.
  • Leverage data, insights and performance metrics to optimise marketing effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Manage the EMEA marketing budget and continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale and performance.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive performance improvements.
