As a People Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our people feel supported at every stage of their journey with Pega, from pre‑hire through alumni status. What You'll Do at Pega:
- Support global pre‑boarding and onboarding activities, including paperwork review and background check coordination
- Support Tier 1 People Operations inquiries providing timely, friendly, and accurate support through our service management platform
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in our systems, with guidance and documented processes to support you
- Assist employees with onboarding forms and questions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start
- Help manage People administration tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, verifications, offboarding)
- Serve as secondary support cross functionally – most immediately in our mobility space, supporting Public Access File maintenance, LCA postings, and processing new intakes.
- Follow and help maintain clear standard operating procedures and documentation
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall employee experience

- Ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Willingness to learn HR processes, systems, and best practices
