- Provide briefing to contractors and service providers.
- Maintaining an accurate tenancy contact list.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Coordinating and overseeing repair and maintenance works.
Procurement
- Assisting in tendering processes that include documentation and compliance checks.
- Preparing and issuing work orders.
- Monitoring progress and quality of ongoing works.
- Liaising with contractors to organise services and resolve issues.
- Reviewing and authorising payments.
- Coding, logging and resolving invoices.
- Collaborate with accounts team on invoicing, rent and arrears.
- Assisting in the preparation and management of service charge budgets.
- Assist in instructing the legal department on tenant licenses.
- Communicate with tenants on lease queries and obligations.
Administration
- Maintaining and updating databases.
- Processing legal documentation.
- Managing the key system for all properties in relevant portfolio.
- Day-to-day email correspondence with tenants and contractors.
- Communicating with utilities providers.
- Completing key and utility handovers with tenants at lease expiry.
- Providing general administrative support and organising office social events!
The Term
We are aiming at recruiting a placement student who will return to university to complete their final year following the placement, and work towards their degree. It is therefore not suitable for graduates or students whose placement period is less than 12 months.
