Peer Group Plc is a long-established, family-owned UK property investment company with a diverse commercial and residential portfolio across London and the regions. We are seeking a Property Manager to join our in-house Property Team on a 4-month fixed-term contract, starting end of January or beginning of February 2026.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will provide hands‑on property management across a senior portfolio of c.17 assets, including shopping centres, industrial estates, offices and high‑street retail. Responsibilities include:
- Day‑to‑day management of commercial properties and tenant relationships
- Managing contractors, suppliers and small works
- Invoice processing and liaison with Finance, Asset Management and Building Services teams
- Managing a Property Management Assistant and any on‑site staff
- Carrying out inspections and maintaining accurate property data
About You
- Commercial property management experience preferred (graduates welcome)
- Knowledge of service charges and landlord & tenant matters desirable
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong IT, communication and administrative skills
- RICS qualification beneficial but not essential

Staff are also able to choose their own regular working pattern based upon 8.5 hours in the office which includes a 1-hour break for lunch with the core hours of 10am to 4pm
