The Role

As Senior People Partner, you’ll lead the development and execution of forward-thinking HR strategies that align with the company’s ambitious goals. Working closely with senior HR leaders, you’ll help shape and deliver key initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a driven and forward-thinking individual with:

• People Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Demonstrable experience of partnering with specific client groups
• The ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment and navigate leaders through a variety of organisational changes.
• Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organisation
• Knowledge of people policies, procedures, compliance and practices and experience in developing, executing and maintaining people projects and programs
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
• Able to learn from peers and previous experience, think outside of the box, and knows that there could be more than one solution to a problem
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership coaching skills
