The Role
As Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs across the organisation. This role ensures that reward structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with strategic objectives, fostering an environment where talent is attracted, retained, and appropriately rewarded. Working closely with senior HR leaders, business partners, and regional stakeholders, you will develop and execute forward-thinking compensation strategies that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Reward Design: Shape innovative reward frameworks that align with business objectives and support a dynamic, forward-thinking workforce.
- Industry Benchmarking: Perform regular market analyses to benchmark salaries and benefits, ensuring competitiveness within the luxury retail sector.
