We’re partnering with a much-loved global retail brand known for its exceptional in-store experience and strong sense of community. They’re now looking for an energetic, hands-on Retail Training Manager to join immediately and help elevate service standards across their network of international stores. This is a practical, high-impact role. You’ll be spending time in stores, coaching teams, delivering on-the-ground training, and building confidence and consistency across retail teams worldwide. You’ll bring people together, refine what’s already in place, and inject fresh energy and structure into how training is delivered.
What you’ll be doing:
- Visiting stores (mainly in the UK, with occasional global travel) to deliver service and leadership training
- Supporting store and regional managers to embed great customer experience and team culture
- Reviewing existing training materials and identifying opportunities to improve or refresh
- Creating practical, engaging, and accessible training content that brings brand values to life
- Working closely with the Retail and People teams
