Our client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who can seamlessly move between strategic thinking and hands-on working. This is a true generalist role where you need to enjoy building strategy as well as resolving day to day queries.

What we are looking for
- Someone with at least 3 years HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner experience, who is used to working in a busy, deadline driven team. Ideally in a fast paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of employment law with experience of putting your knowledge into practice.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence.
- Experience designing and implementing people processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones.
- Solid all round generalist HR knowledge to enable you to deal with day to day issues that would help to support the high performance culture.
- Track record of using data and metrics to drive people decisions and measure impact.
- Someone who enjoys being part of a small, busy and ideas driven team with the confidence to address employees in all areas of the business.
- Someone who is excellent at building relationships in order to communicate and influence at all levels.
- Hands on experience with HRIS systems.
