Peel Construction are working with a market leader within the fire protection sector. We are currently looking for a Fire Alarm Project Manager to support with major Tier 1 projects valued at up to £3M - £6M in London.

Requirements:

  • Managing projects between £3M - £6M
  • Project delivery from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Full financial control of projects
  • Liaise with clients and other departments while managing installs
  • Preparing work programmes to ensure labour and deadline requirements are met
  • Highlight potential problem areas and obtain contractual advice
  • Prepare quotations
  • Develop and prepare budgets and take-offs
  • Utilise install teams and oversee delivery to standards
