We are seeking an experienced account manager / sales manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships across the FM sector. This position would suit someone who has experience in fire and smoke dampers or ventilation compliance.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Bonus: 5% of the invoice (uncapped)
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic analysis.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update account information, and generate sales reports.
- Analyse market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies and improve account performance.
- Lead negotiations and presentations with clients, demonstrating professionalism and persuasive communication.
- Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff members.
