Rate of pay: £22 per hour (outside IR35)
Pay methods: Sole Trader, Limited company or via Umbrella PAYE
Location: Multiple locations across Lincolnshire
Hours: Full-time, part-time compressed hours available
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Purpose: We are currently seeking Investigative Consultants to join our Peel Consultancy Team within the Protecting Vulnerable People Unit.
Duties:
- Securing and reviewing evidence, including witness statements, CCTV, and documentary evidence.
- Victim and Witness Support: Engaging with victims and witnesses in a sensitive and professional manner.
- File Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of case file material and other operational documents.
- Analysing phone and device download reviews.
- Follow up outside enquiries.
- Use internal IT systems to research and maintain records regarding individuals and investigation.
- Maintain case progression timelines.
- Reduce missed opportunities, evidential errors or investigative delays.
- Safeguarding practice.
