Are you an experienced and qualified Occupational Health professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and essential industry? We are seeking a proactive Occupational Health Advisor to join our small, nurse-led team delivering a comprehensive OH service based on site at the Port of Liverpool.

Your role

As part of our dedicated Occupational Health team, you will be instrumental in supporting the health and wellbeing of our diverse workforce. This is a varied and fulfilling role offering scope for professional growth and leadership. You will provide expert case management, health surveillance, screening, and health promotion services, leading with a designated functional area within the organisation. You will also support and mentor an Occupational Health Trainee, to help them with their development. Working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a supportive team you will ensure a consistent, high-quality OH service is delivered.

What you'll bring

  • A strong foundation in Occupational Health, being both practical and people-focused;
  • A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health (NMC registered);
  • Broad experience across OH services, including case management, health surveillance and screening, across audiology, respiratory health and HAVS assessments;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • The ability to work independently while being an active part of the team with a genuine passion for employee health and wellbeing.
