At Peel Ports Logistics, we are seeking a Senior Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

Your Role

In this role you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the organisations EHS programs and policies, ensuring compliance with group, local and national regulations. You will conduct risk assessments, provide training and help develop a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the organisation. Monitoring and maintaining the EHS management system, you will analyse data and trends to recommend improvements and mitigate risk. You will assist various business requirements with Peel Ports Logistics, providing support to other locations when required to ensure employees and port users are carrying out duties in compliance with Group policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience of ISO management systems
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced, operational environment
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to successfully drive change and foster a positive EHS culture
  • Previous experience of working within a port environment would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Willing and able to provide support to other Peel Ports Logistics locations when required
