Vacancy - Mechanical Technician Are you a hands-on problem solver with previous Mechanical Engineering experience? We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to join our team at the Port of East Anglia and help us keep the world moving! Your Role In this role you will carry out hands on preventative maintenance work and timely repairs on all mechanical and non-mechanical equipment in accordance with the Mechanical Site Safety Rules set out by Peel Ports Group. You will attend unplanned failures in a timely manner to meet reliability targets and carry out shift workload as stipulated by the Facilities and Infrastructure Manager. You will report parts and materials deficits to the Facilities and Infrastructure Manager without delay, whilst demonstrating commitment to multi-skilled activity where appropriate. You will ensure Health and Safety is at the forefront of all activities, delivering a safe personal working culture.
