Your role
As our HR Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our transactional HR shared service team, shaping how the team delivers the best first‑line HR support. You’ll ensure high standards are consistently met and that every engagement with the team is a positive one. You’ll take pride in knowing that your work directly supports the wider business and its people strategy. You’ll bring passion for service and process improvement, leading and developing your team to deliver accurate HR support, collating, analysing and using data and insights to inform decision making. Thriving in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll meet deadlines, ensure accuracy, and act as the go‑to expert for transactional HR. With a keen eye for detail, strong data analytics, and commitment to best practice, you’ll raise HR standards across the organisation.
