Your role
Were seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our Group HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, youll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting the delivery of localised business plans through strategic, people-centred L&D initiatives.
Youll play a key role in driving capability, embedding learning frameworks, and supporting high-quality programme delivery across Group functions and key operational sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment where you can make a visible impact, we want to hear from you.
