We’re at the start of an exciting finance transformation – and we’re looking for two ambitious and talented Group Management Accountants to join us on this journey. One role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, and the other is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your role
These are unique opportunities to support in redefining how group management accounts are prepared and how finance partners with our business. You’ll be at the heart of a transformation that will influence decision-making across our Group of Operating Companies.
You will prepare accurate and insightful management accounts for our Group Operating Companies, including interrogating financial performance vs budget and forecast and delivering high-quality management information to drive strategic decisions.
You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across operational and group functions to ensure financial clarity and, for the 6-month fixed term contract role, you will be instrumental in identifying and documenting team processes and interactions to support long-term improvements.
What you\’ll bring
You will be a Qualified Accountant (ideally CIMA). You’ll also have:
- Proven management accounting experience in a large, complex environment
- Well developed communication skills, with experience of translating financials for diverse stakeholders
- Ability to be adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting
- Experience of multitasking with excellent prioritisation skills
- Ideally, experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Solid IT skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) is advantageous but not essential.
