Vacancy – Assistant Training and Compliance Officer

We\’re seeking an Assistant Training and Compliance Officer who thrives in a challenging environment and is passionate about sharing their knowledge. This is your chance to make a real difference-helping yourself and others to reach full potential.
Your role
You\’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality training across a range of operational roles including VTS (Vessel Traffic Services), LPS (Local Port Services), and Dockmasters. You\’ll ensure that training frameworks meet industry standards and marine regulations-building capability, consistency, and compliance across the Group.
