We're now hiring a Digital PR Manager to help lead campaigns that earn coverage, build links, and drive visibility for our clients.

The Role

You'll plan and execute digital PR campaigns that generate quality media coverage and SEO value. From building media lists and spotting stories, to writing and pitching press releases, you'll be responsible for delivering campaigns from start to finish. You'll be working closely with our SEO, content, and creative teams to produce campaigns that combine storytelling and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and deliver creative digital PR campaigns for a wide range of clients
  • Research trends, data sources, and news hooks for both proactive and reactive stories
  • Write press releases, journalist pitches, and supporting campaign content
  • Build and maintain journalist and media lists using outreach tools
  • Pitch stories to national, regional, and niche publications
  • Report on media coverage, link placements, and campaign performance
  • Contribute ideas to broader marketing and SEO strategies
  • Monitor the news agenda for reactive PR opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working at a PR agency or SEO agency
  • Proven ability to deliver successful PR campaigns with link outcomes
  • Strong understanding of what makes a story newsworthy and relevant
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable pitching stories directly to journalists
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • A solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and how PR supports organic growth
  • Confidence working across different industries and sectors

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Roxhill, Vuelio, BuzzStream, or Similarweb
  • Experience using Google Trends, ONS, FOI, or other data sources
  • Competence with campaign reporting in Looker Studio or similar tools
  • Understanding of link metrics and how to measure campaign impact
