Within the People team, the focus will be on supporting core operational activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters, processing leavers, and maintaining key systems and processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. This position requires excellent organisational and communications skills, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Due to the visibility of this role, we are seeking candidates who can work from our London office at 100 Liverpool Street for three days per week, and are able to be flexible with their working hours in order to support the delivery of client events.
Responsibilities- Manage the full onboarding process for all staff including new joiners, temporary staff, work experience, Interns and Graduates.
- Manage the full offboarding process for all staff.
- Manage all reference requests including regulatory references.
- Manage People queries via the People Team inbox in a timely and efficient manner.
- Receive and action requests from all members of the team (this may range from producing letters, to updating systems with people changes).
- Manage and track all training booking requests.
- Lead on updates and changes to employee data via our People system, Success Factors.
- Work with the team to support various projects linked to the People system.
- Provide support on tasks relating to our holiday system, E-days.
- Support on other ad-hoc reporting and regulatory requests received from Compliance and/or other departments.
- Act as the point of contact for student Insight Days.
- Work as part of the team to deliver events & educational initiatives with our Social Mobility Partner.
- Provide support for Graduate & Internship events and initiatives.
- Assist the team with internal communications, including email coordination, information collation, and basic design and presentation tasks.
- Refresh information, policies and post announcements on the People Team intranet pages.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
