Passive Fire Contracts Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Passive Fire Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of passive fire protection projects for one of our clients from inception through completion. You will lead multiple contracts, ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, manage client relationships, and coordinate site teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all passive fire protection contracts, including fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and associated remedial works.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards, building regulations, and fire safety legislation.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and QA checks.
• Prepare and deliver client progress reports, RAMS, O&M manuals, and handover documentation.
• Work closely with subcontractors, site managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
