Reporting to: Project Manager

Days: Monday – Friday.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Excellent safety practices and must be comfortable working at heights.
• Must be willing to learn and flexible to stay away depending on site location.
• Flexible regarding working hours and available for overtime when needed.
• Hold a valid CSCS and Manual Handling Ticket.
• Full clean Driving License.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven record of coordinating and managing site projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
• Career driven, ambitious and enthusiastic with the ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Construction environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion Health and Safety: lead and drive safe work practices onsite.
• Coordinate onsite resources including labour, materials, and sub‑contractors.
• Manage a team of operatives to meet all project requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure quality workmanship: drive quality standards in line with SOPs and work practices.
• Ensure Installation documentation is completed correctly: Responsible for submitting progress drawings, testing records, site audits, RAMS, access, and site permits.
• Reduce wastage and provide performance feedback.
• Supervise works and attendance of a team of operatives and sub‑contractors, providing guidance and training regarding job procedures, work standards and equipment use.
• Responsible for reporting accidents/disciplinary problems and absences.
• Other duties in line with the position.
