We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager from a passive fire or Joinery background to join a well-established and growing business within the Passive Fire Protection sector. This is a key role overseeing site operations, quality, compliance, and team performance across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities
:

• Ordering materials, managing stock and organising deliveries
• Assisting with scheduling and acting as the main liaison with tenants/residents
• Supporting surveys and understanding fire door compliance requirements
• Managing access with the Project Coordinator to residents\’ FEDs
• Monitoring quality and workmanship throughout the works
• Maintaining accurate progress records and tracking work with the client
• Preparing weekly Bolster / Borris reports (straightforward training provided)
• Taking ownership of the daily running of the fire door remedial/install programme

Requirements
:

• CSCS card & DBS (DBS can be arranged )
• Driving licence and own vehicle
• Strong understanding of fire door remedials and compliance
• Confident IT skills – especially emails, updates and progress tracking
• Good communication skills for resident liaison and client interaction
• Ability to work independently, remain organised and maintain high compliance standards
