Pedn Olva, St Ives is seeking a proactive General Manager-in-training to lead our landmark venue after a multi-million pound makeover.

You will inspire a passionate team, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth operations in our bar and restaurant areas.

You will manage front and back of house, mentor staff, uphold health and safety standards, and develop the team with an eye toward future progression to GM.
