As an independent charity, PECT organises and attends a range of events throughout the year, in order to raise awareness of our activities and encourage public participation through volunteering and individual giving. We are looking for Volunteer Events Assistants to help with our events administration, organisation, and promotion.

The volunteers would help promote our events via social media, the PECT website, online events listings, and by distributing posters and leaflets. The volunteers would also provide support for the event organisation – from the formation of concepts through to event administration and during the event itself by providing information to the public and helping to run activities. Some work would also be undertaken after the event to collate feedback and measure customer responses.
