Role Overview: As an SDR at our London headquarters, you will work closely with our exceptional sales team to generate pipeline and grow the business. The Role:

  • Sales Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Comfortable on the phone: Proactive outreach and not afraid to pick up the phone, with a strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Rapport Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with our restaurant partners, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, stay updated on industry trends, and effectively convey their value to prospects.
  • Sales Quotas: Work towards and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to Peckwater Brands' revenue growth.
  • Pipeline Management: Build pipeline at the top of the funnel, from lead generation to booking meetings for senior BDs, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about competitors and market trends, providing valuable feedback to the team and suggesting strategies for improvement.

About you:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
