Role details

They are now seeking a Director of Services to lead their support programmes and ensure they remain impactful and future-ready. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing their services, overseeing safeguarding practices, and shaping the direction of their preventative and financial support programmes.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Services will lead and develop their services, championing the needs of horticulturalists and their families. They will play a vital role in expanding Perennial\'s reach, including building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
