We’re looking for dedicated Residential Child Care Workers to join our team in North England and Scotland. Your role will involve caring for children and young people aged 8–18 in our residential homes.
Base pay range: Hourly rate: £12.75–£13.53, plus £80 sleep payment, depending on qualifications and training.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care, ensuring safety, support for education, cooking, cleaning, and engaging activities.
- Support care teams across several homes within the same area.
- Attend a full induction, shadow shifts, and comprehensive training including Therapeutic Parenting.
- Communicate availability and cover as many shifts as possible; at least one shift every four weeks.
