Your role may vary day to day across a small cluster of homes with various shift patterns, including holiday or training cover. Our unique cluster roles allow you to enhance your development and gain experience across diverse teams.
Your responsibilities include daily home life tasks such as driving children to and from school, appointments and visits (a full UK manual driving licence is essential). You will also teach life skills, meal preparation, household chores and create lasting memories through engaging activities, outings and holidays.
You will be employed full-time as a dedicated team member, averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours. Working across multiple locations in a cluster, you will provide support tailored to the young person’s needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one.
Your training will begin on day one with our comprehensive induction and shadow shifts, covering the Pebbles Way and our therapeutic care model, supported by your manager and our in‑house Learning and Development team.
Base pay range: A starting salary of £34,719.00 to £36,248.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

- Our Cluster Full‑time roles operate on a rota pattern of two days on (48 hours, including sleepover) and four days off.

- Our Learning and Development team can help you receive 100% funding for your Level 3 SVQ / NVQ qualification in Residential Child Care.

- Familiar with the Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies.
- An existing PVG / DBS certificate.
