Pebbles Care is hiring a Cluster Residential Child Care Worker to join our team across a small cluster of homes in Scotland.

The role involves driving children to school and appointments, teaching life skills, and providing supportive care in a dynamic, multi-home setting.

The position is full-time with a rota of 24-hour shifts including sleepovers, 56.4 hours per week on average, and 5.6 weeks of annual leave.

Training starts on day one with induction and shadow shifts.
