Pebbles Care is looking for a part-time Learning and Development Facilitator to coordinate the delivery of training for all employees in North England on a twelve-month fixed-term contract.
Your role and responsibilities – Learning and Development Facilitator
The role is home-based, with travel within North England. Ideally, you will be based within an easy commute of North Yorkshire. You will work closely with the Learning and Development manager to ensure that training is coordinated effectively and delivered to a high standard. You will promote the safeguarding of children, reflect the company's values, and ensure that role-model behaviours are in keeping with our therapeutic approach to care. You will participate in the design and delivery of face-to-face induction training for new employees and support the Learning and Development manager to promote e-learning and other essential training courses. Using our training software, you will record, collate, and analyse training attendance.

- Your salary will be £18,200 per annum, pro rata
- Hours of work are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5 pm.
- You will receive 28 days of annual leave per annum, pro rata

Essential Qualities that we look for include:
