Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
  • Conduct site appraisals and planning research

  • Contribute to planning strategy development for various schemes
  • Support the team with planning policy reviews and development plan monitoring

Requirements

  • A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar (RTPI Accredited)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with good time management skills
  • A team player eager to learn and contribute
  • Full UK driving license
