A leading consultancy within the energy and compliance sector is looking for an experienced NDEA Energy Assessor to join their multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in energy assessments who is passionate about sustainability, technical accuracy, and supporting clients through the planning and construction journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct SBEM assessment and calculations
- Deliver tailored sustainable design advice
- Produce energy statements for planning submissions
- Engage with clients, planners, and building control departments
- Provide technical support and attend design team meetings
- Contribute ideas for innovation in energy compliance
- Generate water efficiency reports
- Use architectural drawings to model envelope measurements
- Maintain CRM data quality
- Organise workload and ensure timely delivery of reports
- Respond professionally to client queries via email and phone
- Ensure smooth and prompt delivery of service
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Level 3 & 4 Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) (Desirable)
- Experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- A desire to learn, contribute, and grow within a team environment
