Overview
Our client, a forward-thinking planning consultancy, is looking for a Junior Town Planner. You\βll work on a diverse portfolio of projects, from residential and commercial developments to mixed-use and regeneration schemes. This is a role where you can make a real impact; guiding projects from concept through to completion while managing planning applications and overseeing development management responsibilities.
What You\βll Be Doing
- Prepare, manage, and submit planning applications and appeals
- Oversee development management processes to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with planning conditions
- Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to build strong relationships
- Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning policy research
- Provide strategic planning and development advice to clients and project teams
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists
What We\\\βre Looking For
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)
- Relevant experience in a similar role
