A leading consultancy within the energy and compliance sector is looking for an experienced NDEA Energy Assessor to join their multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in energy assessments who is passionate about sustainability, technical accuracy, and supporting clients through the planning and construction journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct SBEM assessment and calculations
* Deliver tailored sustainable design advice
* Produce energy statements for planning submissions
* Engage with clients, planners, and building control departments
* Provide technical support and attend design team meetings
* Contribute ideas for innovation in energy compliance
* Generate water efficiency reports
* Use architectural drawings to model envelope measurements
* Maintain CRM data quality
* Organise workload and ensure timely delivery of reports
* Respond professionally to client queries via email and phone
* Ensure smooth and prompt delivery of service
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Level 3 & 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* SBEM New Build competent
* Qualified On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) (Desirable)
* Experience in a similar role
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
* A desire to learn, contribute, and grow within a team environment
