Job Title: Consultant Ecologist Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Salary: Β£30,000 β Β£42,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview: Pebble Recruitment is working with a respected Environmental Consultancy looking to expand its ecology team in Stratford-upon-Avon. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, theyβre seeking an experienced Ecologist or Senior Ecologist. The Role: * Conduct protected species and habitat surveys around Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding Midlands area * Produce reports (PEA, BNG, species-specific, etc.) * Support fee proposals and tenders * Manage small to medium projects (with support on larger ones) Requirements: * 3 β 8 years\β ecological consultancy experience * Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or related field * At least one protected species licence (preferred) * Full UK driving licence * Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation * CIEEM membership (preferred) Benefits: * Β£30,000βΒ£42,000 salary (experience-dependent) * 23 days holiday + bank holidays (option to buy more) * Hybrid or remote working * Generous pension scheme * TOIL and CPD budget * Career development and training opportunities * Additional perks discussed at interview Interested?
