Our client is looking for an Assistant Planner to join their independent consultancy. They are known for being involved in some of the most high-profile and complex developments across the UK, spanning large-scale mixed-use regeneration, residential, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial schemes.

Assistant Planner Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning applications, appeals, and related advice
  • Research planning policies and draft supporting documents
  • Prepare reports, planning statements, and policy representations
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

Assistant Planner Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar role (Desirable)
  • RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Full UK Driving License
