Job description Pebble Ecommerce is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day operations across our two sister DTC ecommerce brands — one focused on dogs and one focused on cats.
You’ll work closely with the founders across customer support, suppliers, inventory, supply chain, new product development, Shopify issues, and general operational problem solving.
We are looking to hire someone with 2–3+ years of relevant experience .
The ideal candidate has prior experience working inside a Shopify / DTC ecommerce business and is highly organized, learns quickly, solves problems independently, and is willing to get hands-on.
This role has significant room to grow.
The goal is for you to learn our current processes, take recurring operational problems off the founders’ plate, and gradually become the default owner of day-to-day operations.
