This fast-growing beauty brand is entering an exciting new chapter. What began as a founder-led passion project has grown into one of the UK’s most loved hair brands, with a strong D2C business, a loyal community, and a major rebrand on the horizon. They are looking for a Digital Designer to join their in-house creative team in South West London. This is a predominantly digital role, focused on creating elevated, social-first design across paid, web, app, email and organic channels, while also supporting packaging, print and OOH projects when needed. You’ll work closely with the Founders and Marketing & Creative teams, with real visibility across the brand and the opportunity to help shape the next phase of its visual identity.
Responsibilities:
- Designing multi-channel assets across paid, web, app, email and organic social
- Executing campaign and promotional rollouts
- Working within the brand world while bringing your own creative instinct to every brief
- Supporting on packaging, print and OOH artwork as needed
- Editing video content, creating basic motion assets and retouching photography
- Collaborating closely with the wider marketing and creative teams
Experience:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating cross-channel design thinking, not just isolated assets
- Confident in Figma and motion/video tools such as After Effects
- Proven experience in digital design, ideally within beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce
- A strong understanding of social-first beauty content and what genuinely stops the scroll
- Excellent eye for art direction, typography, layout and cropping
- Someone who moves quickly, asks thoughtful questions and pays close attention to detail
- A genuine interest in beauty, wellness and the brands shaping the space
