We connect brilliant minds with world-class brands, agencies, and studios across luxury, fashion, sport, hospitality, arts & culture, and tech.

We’re a small, agile, and diverse team who value collaboration, quality, and a bit of fun along the way — whether that’s through creative talent management, regular meet ups (UK & abroad), or just showing up for each other every day. Now, we’re growing our Motion Graphics division and looking for someone special to join us.

As a Talent Agent here, you’ll play a pivotal role in matching exceptional creative motion talent with companies that need them. You’ll manage relationships at every stage — from sourcing and engaging standout motion talent, to supporting clients through the full hiring cycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Discover, nurture, and represent top Motion Graphics talent — from juniors to leaders
  • Scope, shape, and promote briefs that attract the right candidates
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process (freelance and perm) — outreach, interviews, placements
  • Build and grow meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and talent alike
  • Collaborate with the Peas team to scale creative departments across the UK and beyond
  • Stay plugged into the motion industry — attending events, uni lectures, exhibitions and more

Who We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment or creative talent agency experience — especially placing motion designers, animators, editors, producers.
  • A solid grasp of motion graphics 2d and 3d, VFX, film/video, and post-production — tools, workflows, and what creative teams actually need
  • Proven ability to grow and manage client accounts, pitch creative talent, and deliver results
  • A natural networker — you love connecting with talent and building community (online and in-person)
  • Organised, accountable, and able to report weekly on your journey
  • Self-motivated and productive in a remote working setup — with the right tools and guidance
  • A team player who cares deeply about quality, integrity, and being good to others

What’s In It for You?

  • Flexible working – Fully remote, with regular London meetups
  • Work-from-abroad allowance + Annual company trips
  • 24 days holiday + your birthday off + Christmas/New Year break
  • Competitive salary + Commission + Bonuses (Year 2 OTE: £100k+)
  • Private health insurance
  • Company laptop, phone & home office setup allowance
  • Sabbatical leave for long-term employees
  • Referral bonuses + pension contributions
