Peartree Life Care, a fast-growing care provider with services across the UK, is seeking a reliable and organised Office Manager to join our team in Northamptonshire. This is a key support role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations, staffing coordination, communication, training administration, and management support across the service. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating with staff professionally, and supporting operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating staff rotas
- Coordinating staffing cover and responding to rota queries
- Conducting Return-to-Work interviews and monitoring absences
- Supporting meetings and maintaining accurate records
- Managing office emails, calls, and communication
- Coordinating staff training and maintaining training records
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and inductions
- Providing administrative support to management
- Travelling between service locations when required
Requirements
- Previous administration or office management experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Professional, reliable, and confidential approach to work
