Main Duties and Responsibilities
To work collaboratively with the SENCo, teachers, and the wider School Leadership Team (SLT) to plan, organise, and deliver high-quality support for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Operating with a proactive, child-centered approach, the SEND Assistant will support children within the classroom, deliver tailored interventions, and work closely with families and external professionals. The goal is to remove barriers to learning, support emotional and social development, and foster an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
