Peartree Cleaning Services is a market leader in the provision of corporate cleaning services. We service and maintain over 200 clients throughout the UK, including iconic buildings, corporate office spaces, and high-end environments. We are looking for an experienced Site-Based Operations Manager to oversee a prestigious client operation. The role will be primarily based at Biggin Hill, with occasional travel to the London office, where the postholder will oversee operations with the support of our London-based management team.
The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of an exceptional cleaning service, maintaining high standards and operational excellence across all assigned locations. Due to the nature of the sites, an Enhanced DBS check will be required. The role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to work within a professional, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication / Contract Retention
- Take full ownership of service delivery at each assigned location.
- Develop a clear understanding of the client’s service requirements.
- Deliver KPIs in line with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Attend all scheduled client meetings.
- Provide Quality Audits, Health.
