About the Role
You’ll oversee a portfolio of contracts across London, ensuring excellent service delivery and smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role involves:
- Managing and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handling Health & Safety, HR, Payroll, and administration duties
- Conducting site inspections and liaising with clients
- Supporting and motivating team members to achieve excellence
